Standard Warranty

• 1-year warranty on all camera hardware (except PTZ motors)
• 6-month warranty on PTZ motors
• Lifetime warranty on SIM cards

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware failures under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage from accidents
• Water damage beyond IP rating
• Damage from improper installation
